Who we are. This website, fhxforge.com, is operated by zboardio (“we”). Contact: fhxforge@zboardio.com.

What we collect. The demo request form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company and a message. We collect nothing else through this site — no advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels.

Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your demo request and follow up on it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate). The consent line shown next to the form is the exact text we store with your submission as evidence of what you agreed to.

Where it goes. Submissions are transmitted over TLS to our own form handling service and stored in our customer-enquiry system, operated by us on European infrastructure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our website and form delivery run on Cloudflare’s network as infrastructure provider.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, after which it is deleted.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to fhxforge@zboardio.com and we’ll act on it.
